Fito and Fitipaldis is a spanish group created in 1998 by Fito Cabrales with the intention of publishing songs that were not of the style of his another band, Platero y Tú. His type of music is very varied, goes from the rock passing by the blues, the soul, the swing and many more. His letters are in the habit of speaking about personal histories.

On September 11, 2006 his last disc named " Por la Boca Vive el Pez " was published. This work managed to be a number 1 in the list of AFYVE's sales (platinum disc, with more than 100.000 sold copies, in less than two weeks). In addition, Fito and Fitipaldis turned into the first band of the history on placing all his discography of study among the 100 discs most sold in Spain. “Por la boca Vive el Pez " received a platinum disc for more than 240.000 distributed copies.
