El Canto del Loco (ECDL) is a group of Spanish Pop Rock who was born in the year 2000 in Alcobendas (Madrid). Nowadays they are preparing a new album of study, which as the singer Dani Martin said, they will publish in February, 2008. One distinguishes from other groups, for rhythmic and sticky  songs, letters of subject matter very  familiar for the young men and very entertaining, as " Las madre de Jose ", " Volver a disfrutar". They present romantic songs with a touch of humorous speech and optimism. In 2005 there won the prize to the best Spanish show in the MTV Europe Music Awards. Likewise they have been rewarded with the “Premio Ondas 2005” for the second consecutive year and have been winners of two Prizes of the Music in 2006 as “Better Group” and “Better Tour” and 3 “Premios Principales” (2006): better national group, better national tour (tour Zapatillas) and better national song (Volverá). A group that continues giving much to speak about
