Born in Madrid on December 16, 1957 Antonio Vega Tallés formed the band Nacha Pop that comes from another band, Uhu-Helicopter, in which his cousin Nacho was already playing. In 1980, Nacha Pop edits his disc of presentation, though in 1988 the group would separate definitively and after this, Antonio would begin his career in solitary.

The career  in solitary of Antonio Vega would begin, as it could not be otherwise, marked by his  previous stage, of which he would go out as a musician consecrated and very respected by his companions of profession. His first disc of this stage went out to the light in 1991 under the title " No me iré Mañana", and it is an authentic masterpiece in topics mix pop themes, as the magnificent ones Esperando Nada, Háblame a los ojos or  Lo mejor de Nuestra vida .After this album, he published, on 1992, one recompilation disc in which there were included some of his  best songs of the epoch of Nacha Pop and of his previous and only  work in solitarily up to this date. In his path, Antonio Vega has delighted us with albums as “Océano de Sol ",”Anatomía de una ola", “De un Lugar Perdido ", his particular "Básicos" and finally “3000 noches con Marga", dedicated to the one that was his companion: Margarita del Río.

Recently, in the year 2007, Antonio has met his cousin to return to the scene as Nacha Pop in a tour along Spain
