He was born in Güímar, Tenerife (Canaries), son of Pedro Guerra Cabrera, the first president of the Parliament of Canaries, and of Lourdes Mansito Perez, on June 2, 1966.

He is an author of the most prolific thing and the discs happen. For his disc "Mararía" (1998) he was nominated by the Academy of the Arts and the Cinematographic Sciences of Spain and prize to the Best Sonorous Band of Films of the Prizes of the Music that anually they grant the General Society of Authors and Publishers(Editors) (S.G.A.E.) and the Society of Artists, Interpreters or Performers (A.I.E.).

After a rest of three years, Pedro Guerra publishes his last disc on January 29, 2008 with the title of "Lives", with fourteen new topics, two of them: Lara and Cuando llegó Pedro dedicated to his two children.
